Resi, cancellazione degli ordini e diritto di recesso
stardustbeauty.shop intende garantire la completa soddisfazione del Cliente.
stardustbeauty.shop rimborserà il costo dei Prodotti che siano restituiti dal Cliente non usati e non danneggiati, nonché accompagnati dalla relativa fattura/ricevuta. I costi sostenuti da stardustbeauty.shop per eventuale sdoganamento della merce resa, verranno stornati dall’importo del rimborso.
I rimborsi verranno effettuati con la medesima modalità di pagamento prevista per l’acquisto.
La merce acquistata potrà essere restituita entro massimo 15 (quindici) giorni dalla data di consegna. I costi di consegna non sono rimborsabili.
Le spese di consegna per la restituzione dei Prodotti sono a carico del Cliente; qualsiasi costo sostenuto dal Cliente per la riconsegna non sarà rimborsabile.
stardustbeauty.shop si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la restituzione di quei Prodotti che non risultino conformi ai requisiti di cui al precedente paragrafo.
stardustbeauty.shop si impegnerà a rimborsare tempestivamente il Cliente entro e non oltre 30 giorni dalla data di ricevimento dell’ordine scritto di cancellazione e restituzione del prodotto. stardustbeauty.shop invierà una e-mail di notifica una volta effettuato il rimborso.
Si raccomanda di spedire i Prodotti da restituire usando un corriere assicurato ai fini di rintracciare la spedizione. stardustbeauty.shop non sarà responsabile per il rimborso o risarcimento per quei prodotti rispediti che siano andati perduti, che siano stati rubati o danneggiati. Ai sensi dell’Art. 64 del D. Lgs. n. 206/2005, il Cliente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo entro il termine di 15 (quindici) giorni lavorativi che decorrono dalla data di ricevimento dei Prodotti, fatto salvo quanto previsto nei successivi paragrafi. Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, il Cliente dovrà inviare al seguente indirizzo di posta elettronica info@stardustbeauty.shop, una comunicazione scritta contenente:
– la manifestazione di volontà di avvalersi del diritto di recesso ai sensi dell’art. 64 del D. Lgs. 206/2005;
– l’indicazione dei Prodotti per i quali il Cliente vuole avvalersi del diritto di recesso;
– il numero progressivo d’ordine rilasciato al momento dell’acquisto.
La comunicazione può essere inviata sempre entro il suddetto termine di 15 (quindici) giorni lavorativi anche mediante telegramma, telex, fax a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le successive 48 ore.
Qualora il Cliente desideri modificare o cancellare l’ordine presentato, dovrà inviare una e-mail all’indirizzo info@stardustbeauty.shop, entro 24 ore da quando è stato effettuato.
stardustbeauty.shop farà tutto il possibile per soddisfare la richiesta del Cliente. Tuttavia una volta che il Prodotto sarà stato spedito, l’ordine non potrà essere cancellato o modificato sino al momento in cui la merce spedita sia stata restituita a stardustbeauty.shop.
Responsabilità per difetti Laddove il Cliente ritenga che il Prodotto non sia conforme al Contratto o sia affetto da vizi, dovrà darne pronta comunicazione inviando una mail a stardustbeauty.shop, specificando il Prodotto oggetto di contestazione ed i vizi o le difformità riscontrate. Il Prodotto contestato dovrà essere restituito a stardustbeauty.shop unitamente a copia cartacea della mail inviata per la contestazione. stardustbeauty.shop esaminerà il Prodotto Contestato e comunicherà via e-mail al Cliente se ha diritto o meno al rimborso del prezzo o alla sostituzione del Prodotto. L’eventuale rimborso coprirà il prezzo di acquisto pagato dal Cliente e le eventuali spese di restituzione a stardustbeauty.shop. Il rimborso o la sostituzione avverranno entro 30 (trenta) giorni dall’avviso via email con il quale stardustbeauty.shop comunica all’Utente che ha diritto al rimborso o alla sostituzione del Prodotto. stardustbeauty.shop non è responsabile per difetti dei Prodotti che siano stati causati dalla consegna effettuata da terzi. stardustbeauty.shop non è responsabile per danni conseguenti ad uso improprio del Prodotto, alterazione dello stesso, normale usura oppure negligenza nella cura del Prodotto stesso.
Returns, cancellation of orders and right of withdrawal
stardustbeauty.shop intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
stardustbeauty.shop will reimburse the cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relevant invoice/receipt. The costs incurred by stardustbeauty.shop for any customs clearance of the returned goods will be reversed from the refund amount.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method provided for the purchase.
The purchased goods may be returned within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Delivery costs are not refundable.
Delivery costs for returning the Products are borne by the Customer; any cost incurred by the Customer for redelivery will not be refundable.
stardustbeauty.shop reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements set out in the previous paragraph.
stardustbeauty.shop will undertake to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written order for cancellation and return of the product. stardustbeauty.shop will send a notification email once the refund has been made.
It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using an insured courier for tracking purposes. stardustbeauty.shop will not be responsible for refunds or compensation for products returned that are lost, stolen or damaged. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products, without prejudice to what is provided in the following paragraphs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to the following email address info@stardustbeauty.shop, containing:
– the expression of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal;
– the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
– the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase.
The communication can always be sent within the aforementioned deadline of 15 (fifteen) working days also by telegram, telex, fax provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order submitted, he/she must send an e-mail to the address info@stardustbeauty.shop, within 24 hours from when it was placed.
stardustbeauty.shop will do everything possible to satisfy the Customer’s request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to stardustbeauty.shop.
Liability for defects Where the Customer believes that the Product does not comply with the Contract or is affected by defects, he must promptly notify this by sending an email to stardustbeauty.shop specifying the Product being contested and the defects or discrepancies found. The disputed Product must be returned to stardustbeauty.shop together with a paper copy of the email sent for the dispute. stardustbeauty.shop will examine the Disputed Product and communicate via email to the Customer whether or not he is entitled to a refund of the price or replacement of the Product. Any refund will cover the purchase price paid by the Customer and any return costs to stardustbeauty.shop. The refund or replacement will take place within 30 (thirty) days of the email notice with which stardustbeauty.shop informs the User that he is entitled to a refund or replacement of the Product. stardustbeauty.shop is not responsible for defects in the Products that have been caused by delivery by third parties. stardustbeauty.shop is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Product, alteration of the same, normal wear and tear or negligence in the care of the Product itself.
